      Pros

      It has been a great experience to work at VEG so far, I am still in awe every time the upper management publicly appreciates an employee...which happens really often! Coming from a company with a completely different culture, where all that mattered was getting things done, I can see how this change actually makes me want to work harder... everyone enjoys being at work, and each others company.

      Cons

      Lots of work, but the reason why we do it makes it all worth it! ;)

      Pros

      The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

      Cons

      Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
