      -Unlimited CE -Amazing culture and family feel -Great benefits and salary -Flexible schedule with day off requests always approved -The most wonderful leader of the company who is always cheering on his team and there for support whenever needed -Wonderful people working alongside you (aka, you even like them outside of work!!) -Free food -You can bring your pets to work with you -Did I mention the UNLIMITED CE??

      Pros

      The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

      Cons

      Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
