Pros

This is actually the best corporate accounting job I've ever had. Everyone is friendly and extremely hardworking. Leadership genuinely values employees and sets everyone up for success. Other perks include: ***DOG FRIENDLY***, Unlimited CE, Flexible Hours, Casual Dress, Kitchen stocked with food/snacks, Fun events/retreats etc.

Cons

Not a con against VEG, but the technology related to the Veterinary field is out-dated which makes the actual accounting work more challenging although the company is working to develop their own. Also the workload can be heavy at times as this company is rapidly expanding. I've had jobs with better work/life balance but they lacked the opportunities for growth and other perks I've found here.

Pros

The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

Cons

Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
