VEG has completely revolutionized working in the emergency field of veterinary medicine. I have found myself surrounded by such an amazing, compassionate group of individuals who are all supportive of each other. They really try to take into account the struggle of work -life balance in this field and do everything they can to support us having healthy lifestyles- which includes buying us groceries each week at the hospital!

The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

Cons

Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
