      Toxic positivity, gaslighting, “customer experience” is what they do best, marketing and reviews very important to company, while employed here a mass email was sent asking for us to review company on Glassdoor

      Hi there! We really appreciate your honest feedback! It is for that exact reason that employees are reminded to share their opinion about our company so we can continue to improve as we grow. We completely understand that dealing with emergency medicine, specially during these tough times, can be difficult and very challenging. However, our VEG family choses to focus on being positive and celebrating our small victories in order to better continue on our mission to help people and their pets when they need it most.       The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

      Cons

      Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
