Cons
No separation between work and home life. You better be ready to join this cult 100 percent, or you will feel like an outsider. Throw facebook out the window, because these guys will want you on workchat when you are at home. Are you a hard worker who cares about your quality of work? Good, because the lazier individuals around you will take advantage of this and get paid the same for less work. Contagious diseases are not taken as seriously as they should be, and the staff acts like it's high school social hour. They say they are inclusive, but that only applies if you like it Their way. A specialist was using derogatory language about a group of people, while attempting to be "woke" in the workplace....They will make you uncomfortable if you don't get on board.
