      You can sleep and be lazy on the job and won't get fired.

      Cons

      Half their staff doesn't know how to act during a STAT. Unfortunately wouldn't trust my own coworkers to save my cat if he was in a crisis.

      Hi there. Thank you sharing your feedback and we are sorry for your negative experience at VEG. We heard your feedback and we are continuously adding nurse managers and trainers to our hospital teams to provide even more support to our VEGgies on the floor. VEG also provides RECOVER CPR certification to all VEGgies so they can always be prepared for stat cases. At VEG our main goal is to have our frontline superheroes feeling confident in helping people and their pets when they need it most!

      The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

      Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
