      Quality products and services, engineering department, is superb. The company has dealt with electrical protection for years, and they are very good at what they do. The qualifications and professionalism of the engineering staff are the companies best sales tool.

      Not a single pro to list

      Cons

      Management is terrible, lies, and forgets to do their tasks. Then they ask you for the status of that tasks. They promise raises but don't follow through. Management lacks clear communication and transparency. Unaware how it has occurred, but management is dependent on subordinates for knowledge of how to complete tasks.
