Pros
I have been impressed with the response to COVID-19: company is very flexible with work from home, not only allowing and encouraging it during the pandemic, but the background IT infrastructure is robust and well funded so working on a remote server from home has been seem less. My husband’s company has struggled greatly with that and because of it a forcing people into the office.
Cons
The pay is lower than expected and the allowable vacation time is low.
