-Pay on the low end, with very small bonuses for most staff. -No maternity benefits at all beyond short term disability, they don't even cover the insurance elimination period. Sends the message that they are not supportive of women in the workplace, which is compounded by having very few non-admin/HR women in leadership roles. -Some of the diversity initiatives come across as just lip service, especially considering the above point. -Expect staff to not bill hours for work-sponsored events/training
