Pros
If you enjoy a challenge this is the right environment for you. So many areas need improvement this could be a place to make a difference.
Cons
High rate of turn over is addressed with constant hiring of new graduates; once training period completed most new grads leave. High percentage of staff that remain are "mean girls." Facility is old and worn; staff have to continuously deal with environmental and equipment issues. Administration seems to go for the quick less expensive fix rather than the correct fix that may cost more. Not a lot of visible infrastructure in place for resolution of work problems and issues; staff often feel they are left holding the bag with no support.
