Willing to hire new grads. Good benefits. Can typically choose your own schedule. A heavy emphasis is placed on education and staying up to date.
Cons
Staffing shortage. Too much emphasis being placed on being the best hospital. They should make equal attempts to be one of the best employers. Stress levels are high and no one seems to care about the employees.
