Inclement weather days are certainly tough days for us. While it can be difficult to get to the hospital, our patients are still here. It creates quite a dilemma for us in managing both the employee and patient experience, as you can probably imagine. We have a great group of team members (with large trucks!) who help get critical employees here in those difficult weather situations - but yes, those are always difficult days for us.
