Pros

Good patient population. Staff engaged in patient care.

Cons

The executive leadership has finger pointing and blaming down to perfection. They do no take ownership for the problems that they create by their own budgetary constraints. The former CNO was known for harassing and bullying leadership. The current CNO has taking her lead to humilate and disrespect the entire nursing services team. Leadership turnover and vacancies are high. Mr. Cole, the CEO, does not bother to form a relationship with the director level to value their hard work.
