      Pros

      Clinical staff is awesome - dedicated to providing the highest quality of care

      Cons

      There is a rot in the leadership level. Something itsnt right. It’s like a lot of people have been there too long and have lost perspective and it trickles down. The CNO they hired recently is a useless self-promoter, nothing like the previous nursing leadership. I’m hanging on in the hopes that the CEO figures this out and ends it before it gets worse. Visionary clinical leadership is needed ... NOW!

      Management and leadership do not care and never check in on staff.
