      Pros

      Friendly employees, great benefits and cafeteria is pretty good. Nurse patient ratio on most floor is 5-1

      Cons

      The pay is competitive but annual raises don’t really exist. Don’t expect more than pennies.

      Pros

      Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about employees. Management encourages professional development, trusts employees to do their jobs, and promotes a collaborative environment. I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

      Cons

      Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.
