Pros

Best places for RN’s focuses on professional growth, nursing staff has support with career management team. They promote from within. And that makes the hospital the best to work in the area.

Cons

Pay could be better. Insurance is expensive. Work load can be heavy. Stocks in old way of doing things. Short staff. Need to invest more on teaching staff.

Pros

Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about employees. Management encourages professional development, trusts employees to do their jobs, and promotes a collaborative environment. I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.
