Thank you for sharing this. The Virginia Hospital Center Foundation plays a critical role in helping us meet the healthcare needs of our community. Our Hospital Transformation campaign is underway to help us strengthen the future of healthcare for the DC-metro area, as we undertake our first major expansion since 2004. Careful consideration has been given to the changing needs of our community. Thank you for your part in helping us provide the best possible care for the patients we serve. -- Grace Greenan, AVP, People and Experience

Pros

Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about employees. Management encourages professional development, trusts employees to do their jobs, and promotes a collaborative environment. I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.
