I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.

Pay is above average and benefits are ok

Management and leadership do not care and never check in on staff.
