Pros
The organization is focused on high quality patient care. You can see this in every decision that is made with the patient best interests at the core of the decision. The staff is valued, and there is professional collaboration at every level.
Cons
The only downside I have is my commute, which is 48 miles one way. I pass many other hospitals on my way in here, but it is worth the commute to get the professional satisfaction I have every day.
