Great experience for first job - Clinical Technician VHC Health Employee Review

Pros

medical experience, benefits, good relationships with coworkers, good experience with recruitment.

Cons

Long hours, with recent cuts in nurses and techs, ratios are higher. The PCD doesn’t seem to come up with solutions to for decreasing employment satisfaction. Can be overwhelming.

Pros

Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about employees. Management encourages professional development, trusts employees to do their jobs, and promotes a collaborative environment. I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.
