      Pros

      All of the goodness of working here is getting into dark and sadness.

      Cons

      IT leadership and management hiring incompetent managers, not involving employees in their decisions that affect them. They punish employees more than work with them for every single thing. They don’t lay out plans for employees training but give them punitive reviews and demoralized them.

      Management and leadership do not care and never check in on staff.
