Great place to work, co-workers are friendly and the hospital environment is welcoming

Cons

high insurance deductibles if you carry the PPO and if you have your spouse on your plan they charge a spousal privilege premium in addition to your insurance coverage

Pros

Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about employees. Management encourages professional development, trusts employees to do their jobs, and promotes a collaborative environment. I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.
