I met nice people along the way

Cons

Unfair and pay is low for work you do I worked extremely hard only to get terminated for an absence that was approved. They never got back to me when I tried reaching out.

Pros

Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about employees. Management encourages professional development, trusts employees to do their jobs, and promotes a collaborative environment. I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.
