Pros

I started during the peak of the pandemic it was a stressful but everyone helped each other out. Nice people and hardworking. Good place to start RN career. Many resources to help you succeed.

Cons

They need to increase the pay for PCT. it gets super stressful. Sometimes nurses are so busy that they can’t help. I wish we were not short staffed majority of the time.

Pros

Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about employees. Management encourages professional development, trusts employees to do their jobs, and promotes a collaborative environment. I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.
