      Pros

      Decent pay. Friendly Nursing residency staff. Level- headed HR that tried helping- they are the only ones that get any stars here.

      Cons

      Your experience will definitely depend heavily on what department you end up in. I ended up with straight up PTSD after managers’ and co- workers “ hazing”, lying and gaslighting behaviour. Pro tip- document everything that happens throughout the day.

      Pros

      Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about employees. Management encourages professional development, trusts employees to do their jobs, and promotes a collaborative environment. I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

      Cons

      Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.
