      Pros

      Very friendly culture, great benefits, professional growth opportunities and wonderful hard working people! VHC offers a very transparent environment and always looking at ways to improve. Management is very supportive and collaborative.

      Cons

      I can't really think of anything, however parking is an issue.

      Management and leadership do not care and never check in on staff.
