Pros
The patients were so interesting. Most from a wealthy educated background. They wanted to know everything about their healthcare. Pay was decent. Benefits were awful.
Cons
HCAHPS score was all that really mattered to the Administrative team. They were not concerned with the reality of patient care, just the dream they were the best of the best. Would not tolerate the nurses having opinions or ideas that were in contrast to theirs.
