      Pros

      Free parking, smaller hospital in arlington

      Cons

      The management, directors are all micromanagers and constantly helicopter around the nurses. It adds stress to the work environment for the nursing staff. Benefits are not good in my opinion, and pay package is lousy.

      Management and leadership do not care and never check in on staff.
