Everything is seniority based Limited days off/ sick leave until you’re been there 3 years New hires go to extra board. Schedule is day to day and day of. 6 day work weeks. Days off canceled the day before No work/home life balance Company puts customers 1st even when employee does nothing wrong Company operates one “this is how we’ve always done it” mentality. Would rather milk the federal government to fund new programs for costumers, new routes, new projects but invest no money to bring scheduling/ working conditions into the 21st century. CEO is just a puppet with board of trustees pulling the strings to make ensure they make as much money as possible
