Very open to working from home delivering a wonderful work-life balance. Employees are committed and loyal to the mission of the company. Market leaders in many categories.

Cons

Lots of management changes. A thousand back end process that slow the ability to work.

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
