No room for growth. They never fix the root cause of a problem and are focused on their own metrics rather than helping the customer.

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
