Cons

High average age which leads to resistance in change No real training program for new employees Lack of camaraderie Individual gain and lack of support seem to be abundant

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
