Cons

Lack of overall consistent corp strategy makes it difficult sometimes to see how your efforts can affect the top line.

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
