Pros

Great people to work with. Plenty of on the job learning providing for interesting and challenging day job. Very supportive environment to work in and good team spirit.

Cons

Very inwardly focused. Corporate decisions and changes in strategic direction are made without impacts being fully thought through - leading to inability to deliver projects.

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
