1. Management level politics.(Huge politics played,knowledgeable people are not fitted here. Only donkeys can work who listen to managers and be their spies.) 2. Permanent employees do not work here only contractors work to the fullest 3.Firing is at peak. 4. No job guarantee. 5.They are still on back dated technology. 6. Its been 2 yrs they have not yet upgraded to r12. and still on 11i. Very Laid back and bad approach. 7. Company full of contractors costing is getting higher there where as employees do not get their VPP. Forget your VPP here. They have big failure to upgrade on next technology. Do not join if you want growth in career.Basic support will be your life no more learning. Market value will dim off. Only people eligible for retirement will survive here
