Employee voice will not be heard and everything will be driven from US, you cannot even draft a document on your own and there will be involvement from director level for that approval. People in directors position will never believe in the team working offshore. Contractors have free hand than full time employees. Lot of Time is wasted in meetings and at the end there will not be any outcome and we need to burn our mid night oil.
