      Good salary for limited time period

      Cons

      Limited time period which they will fire you once you do not meet any project assignment. Company is notoriously popular for hiring consultants but can’t meet actual projects. You could be wasting your time clocking for nothing. No pipeline for ensuring project engagement nor actual workshops for consultants to grow. No training, no upskilling, on your own.

      Nothing much except maybe the Health insurance

      Cons

      The management has no experience managing a US structure and has lack of US market knowledge. SAP project pool very small not many opportunities to grow.
