Pros

- management team instills sense of ownership & promotes leadership - great on-the-job training & feedback sessions - listens to team members' feedback and prioritizes team members' well-being (especially during the pandemic period)

Cons

I can't think of any but if I were to pin-point one, it might be the case whereby sometimes one could get somewhat overwhelmed during certain busy seasons when there is a lot of projects / assignments. However, those ultimately are good problems (to the individuals). Those work are essentially opportunities for each individual team member to testify his or her resilience and capabilities to deliver greatness, all in the hope of maximizing one's potential to grow further.

Nothing much except maybe the Health insurance

Cons

The management has no experience managing a US structure and has lack of US market knowledge. SAP project pool very small not many opportunities to grow.
