      Promotions is seldom but can be negotiable if you are willing to grow with them then probably it takes some time to climb at upper role position.

      Nothing much except maybe the Health insurance

      Cons

      The management has no experience managing a US structure and has lack of US market knowledge. SAP project pool very small not many opportunities to grow.
