Pros
Supportive and friendly Managers and Colleagues (depending on which BU) Flexible (Not an old-school culture) Good work-life balance (Able to be open with your manager) Still have company gatherings and togetherness despite being in Hybrid mode (Which is great!)
Cons
Lack of proper direction in career path and tasks (handling multiple roles) Provided feedback to HR (1 -way communication) Not a lot of budget for internal activities Some managers do need the training to have a better relationship with their team members and learn how to work well with others
