      Liked this company at first. Benefits are good. People are good.

      Cons

      Client side was a miss. No manager locally is available to manage the team and filter negative feedbacks from client. Didn't have peace of mind at work. No assurance in my career. You wouldn't know if there would be an available project for you after being kicked out of the project.

      As a Business Development Manager, the job functions are to develop and assist to retain business opportunities for the company and will not be considered as a project member of a project. We are confused by this comment as the job functions mentioned here is contradicting

      Nothing much except maybe the Health insurance

      Cons

      The management has no experience managing a US structure and has lack of US market knowledge. SAP project pool very small not many opportunities to grow.
