Since then, we have strengthened our internal processes to ensure that such issues can be prevented by extra buffer and backup plan. Regarding your comment about our management, we take such feedback seriously. We would like to share that we have not received any formal complaints or concerns from our Philippines-based SAP team through our internal grievance channels, alert line, or direct HR feedback. Indeed, our turnover and rotation rates remain stable and low, with no negative feedback, which reflects the generally positive and engaged workforce. We also encourage anyone—whether internal or external—to use our confidential alert line, which is open to all parties, to share more detailed feedback or concerns. This helps us ensure that all voices are heard and that we can take appropriate action where needed.
