Pros
Salary only. Nothing else. No other perks like allowances.
Cons
1. The people managing the Salesforce Team are a bunch of narcissist that thinks highly of themselves and won't listen nor accept inputs from anyone. 2. Management keeps saying during meetings and every end of project sprints that everyone hasn't done enough and the project is failing. 4. Unrealistic management that forces people to work during weekends. 5. There are no projects at all but all they do is keep hiring people and then fire people at their will, telling people that they are not doing anything and must be let go. 6. I see HR constantly posting hiring for developers and consultants because they will fire you once they see you as no use and without purpose. Instead of providing learning, upskilling and training and finding projects for you, all they do is force you to resign without even hearing your side. The two upper management from Salesforce team resigned because they know they failed to manage the team properly. There's no career advancement here because you will eventually be fired.
