Pros

Vizio is a great place to work. They train you well and thoroughly how to do your job. The other employees are always willing to help you out if you don't know an answer or have a question on something you haven't encountered before.,

Cons

There is a learning curve in applying what you learned in training and applying it. It's a little overwhelming at first, but stick with it, one day the light will go off and it will jclick!

Pros

People are friendly and easy to work with. Most people are team players. Work life balance does exist for some roles.

Cons

Management is easily threatened by people who ask questions or make suggestions for improvement. Gate keeping info, people, and development opportunities is common. Due to Vizio/Walmart promotion policies, there is no upward mobility. Senior Management has told employees if they want to move up, they need to go elsewhere. Unfortunately there are a lot of people who have limited experience running the place and it shows on both a business decision and leadership level.
