Pros

Decent health insurance Good team members

Cons

This is a train wreck of a place. Everything was great when I started and it got worst each month. For the almost year I’ve been employed here there was instability with huge turnovers. Process is constantly changing and without thinking fully how it will impact other team members. Sales has no respect for other teams. It’s more like if you bring the company money, talk to anyone the way you want. All the good things are hiding the filth Vizio has to offer; it’s quite sad. As much as I wanted to recommend this to a friend, I am very glad I didn’t. Being a veteran is considered being here for a few months-year. Explains turnover. Please take these reviews seriously. I wish I did.

Pros

People are friendly and easy to work with. Most people are team players. Work life balance does exist for some roles.

Cons

Management is easily threatened by people who ask questions or make suggestions for improvement. Gate keeping info, people, and development opportunities is common. Due to Vizio/Walmart promotion policies, there is no upward mobility. Senior Management has told employees if they want to move up, they need to go elsewhere. Unfortunately there are a lot of people who have limited experience running the place and it shows on both a business decision and leadership level.
