This company actively promotes the worst people, ideas, and behavior. You will be yelled at, insulted, and belittled. Every hour you work here, your spirit dies three hours. They want everyone to work every day out of the office, mostly so that leadership can insult you to your face without a paper trail. RTO wouldn't be that bad if the people weren't bad and if it wasn't the most empty and soul-sucking office environment in existence. I have hosted business partners and visitors in the office for meetings, and most of them have commented on the weird office vibes. VIZIO has become irrelevant in their industry, and they would like to continue that downward trajectory. If you have any self respect, work ethic, ambition, or intention of helping a once liked brand from becoming the least trusted brand in consumer electronics, VIZIO leadership will ensure you are marginalized and mistreated.
