Pros
They have a great schedule where I can work from home certain days since we have an electronic documentation system where we can submit notes online. We get a work phone which allows us to work out of the office and yet be in contact with coworkers.
Cons
Little room for advancement for PTs unlike the many opportunities for nurses to get promoted.
