would NOT recommend - Talent Acquisition Specialist VNS Health Employee Review

I had such an awful working experience with VNS Health, I wouldn't go back if my salary was doubled. My mental health was definitely affected by the disrespect and rude comments made by upper management. I came in with many years in HR and was lowballed with salary. There was no career growth or job advancements. People who were with the company for 15+ years were laid off to accommodate the growing salary of the CEO and shareholders. RNs are not as effective in doing their jobs because of low pay and burnout. High turnover. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
