If your manager doesn't like you, you are in trouble. In an organization that was founded by a woman, has 75% female staff (largely women of color) there is only one woman and one person of color on the executive team. The executives have egos the size of Met Life Stadium and communication is all "me, me, me". Dissent is stronly discouraged. They love to add the faddiest MBA structures on the backs of people who have chose to work in an organization built around care and compassion. And they are constantly buying, into or outright, "future forward" companies that are based on non-existant value proposiitons.
