Poorly run school. No structure. The principal owns the school so he doesn’t care just care about the money. For state IA’s teachers make up the test and give it to the students. The students grades are low and not prepared for highschool. This school only care about the money. The more students they have the more money they will make. Leadership is full of crap. They have their own group and is very in sync with eachother at the end of the day they have no idea how to be a leader a teacher or even a dean. They can not control the kids and have the position because again they’re boys with the owner. Oh and they love temps over employees it’s a revolving door.

really phenomenal teachers. I have never felt more supported within a school system. pay has been above average, and the environment is incredibly supportive.

Cons

parking is really difficult in the city, but that can be expected. transportation is with bus, which is fine but sometimes not the ideal option.
